South Africa are set for a packed 2026-27 home season, hosting Australia, Bangladesh, and England in a series of multi-format contests. The fixtures, announced on February 23, outline an action-filled calendar featuring Tests, ODIs, and T20Is across some of the country's most iconic venues.
The season begins with a three-match ODI series against Australia national cricket team from September 24 to 30. The opening match will be held at Kingsmead Cricket Ground, setting the tone for a highly anticipated white-ball contest between two cricketing powerhouses.
Following the ODI leg, the Proteas will continue their ICC World Test Championship title defence in a three-match Test series against Australia. The first Test begins on October 9 in Durban. The second Test will be played in Gqeberha from October 18 to 22, while the third and final Test is scheduled at Newlands Cricket Ground from October 27 to 31.
