sibiya lambasted for not disclosing whereabouts on day in question

The State in the Senzo Meyiwa trial has lambasted accused number one, Muzi Sibiya, for failing to disclose that he was in KwaZulu-Natal the day Senzo Meyiwa was killed.

While Sibiya initially said he lived in KZN between 2013 and 2014, state prosecutor George Baloyi says he never disclosed his alibi for October 26, 2014, the day Meyiwa was murdered.

Sibiya is under cross-examination at the High Court in Pretoria, where he is appearing alongside four other co-accused.
