Madlanga Commission evidence leader Advocate Adila Hassim has raised questions about why Vusumuzi Cat Matlala was comfortable in sharing internal SAPS information with KZN Hawks Head, General Lesetja Senona.
A WhatsApp exchange between Matlala and General Senona shows a video about non-performance of service providers.
"Mr. Matlala sends you this video clip, comfortably knowing that he need not fear any consequence of sharing this kind of information with you because you wouldnt report it to anyone, even though he should not be in possession of it. He felt safe that you would not question how he came to be in possession of that video clip. What do you say to that?"
