The South African National Defence Force SANDF Legal Services representative, Advocate Masilo Brian Lekoloana says he is not in a position to delay proceedings in the inquest into the deaths of the Cradock Four in the High Court in Gqeberha.
This, after a brief appearance in the court today.
The SANDF was subpoenaed to appear to account for the militarys refusal to fund the legal representation for the former Lieutenant General, Christoffel Pierre Joffel van der Westhuizen.

Lekoloana said this case had been escalated to the high court in Pretoria, where the reasons for the refusal were stated.
