The South African Human Rights Commission SAHRC in Limpopo says mines should benefit local communities .
The commissions provincial manager, Victor Mavhidula was speaking during the provincial Human Rights Day celebration, on Saturday, at Bakenberg, outside Mokopane.
Mavhidula says mines in the area should contribute by rehabilitating infrastructure and employment.
