The Deputy Minister of Sport, Arts and Culture, Peace Mabe, says the South African Football Association SAFA management must justify their existence.
This follows a dramatic visa saga that threatened to derail Bafana Bafanas long-awaited journey to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Bafana were due to fly out to Mexico on Sunday but only managed to leave on Monday.
