The Presidency says South Africa has until November 2027 to respond to Israels legal filing at the International Court of Justice ICJ in its genocide case over Gaza .
The ICJ has set deadlines for the next phase of the case, after Israel submitted its written defence in March.
South Africa says it will also respond to Israels objections to the courts jurisdiction.
