Retired KwaZulu-Natal Director of Public Prosecutions Adv Moipone Noko is expected to testify before the Nkabinde Enquiry when it resumes its hearings in Pretoria on Wednesday.
She will be the second witness to testify before the enquiry, which retired Justice Bess Nkabinde chairs.
The enquiry is probing suspended South Gauteng Director of Public Prosecutions Adv Andrew Chaukes fitness to hold office.
