ATG Digital, a South African access-control and visitor-management technology provider, has partnered with Transnova, a transport management and logistics control-tower specialist, to link planned truck schedules with gate-entry data, giving operators insight into arrivals, driver changes and vehicle turnaround times.
The integration feeds truck registration details, driver identity and entry timestamps captured at the gate into Transnovas control tower, where the data is reconciled against scheduled transport movements.
The partnership is aimed at closing a gap between scheduled transport movements and actual site activity, the companies said in a statement.
