Former Real Madrid forward, Gareth Bale, has expressed his views on the recent sacking of manager Xabi Alonso.
Bale attributed Alonsos dismissal to his inability to manage the egos present in the Real Madrid squad.
Alonso, who replaced Carlo Ancelotti, was recently sacked after taking the reins at the Santiago Bernabeu last year.
