Rapid Funding Push Transforms Rain Into a Global Fintech Force

Rain has raised 250 million in fresh capital. The company builds financial technology that lets businesses issue payment cards across global markets. It focuses on simple tools that let teams launch cards, control spending, and move funds through a clean and modern payments stack.

Its platform works through a direct integration. Companies plug into Rains APIs and launch branded cards that function at more than 100 million merchant locations worldwide. These cards connect through Visa and allow businesses to move money with fewer delays.

Rain said the new funding round lifts its valuation to 1.95 billion. That figure is 17 times higher than its value only 10 months earlier. The jump shows fast demand for stablecoin infrastructure that works with traditional networks.
