African National Congress President Cyril Ramaphosa says South Africa is beginning to see improvements in electricity supply , following reforms in the energy sector.
Delivering the keynote address at the ANCs January 8 gala dinner in the North West on Friday night, Ramaphosa said improved operational performance at Eskom and regulatory changes are contributing to greater energy stability.
He acknowledged ongoing challenges such as load reduction caused by infrastructure strain and illegal connections, but said government interventions are continuing.
