The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality Fire and Emergency Department has warned the public about the reignition of a wildfire on the N2 near Van Stadens, just outside Gqeberha, that was previously brought under control on Tuesday.
Strong winds appear to be the cause of the fire that is spreading towards Van Stadens.
Four firefighting vehicles are on scene and are focused on stopping the spread of the fire.
