What began as a calm free dive in the Pacific Ocean quickly turned into a heart-racing encounter when a Brydes whale surged through a school of sardines just metres away from a group of divers off the coast of Mexico.
The moment, filmed in November 2025 near Magdalena Bay in Baja California Sur, was captured on camera and later obtained by SWNS.
