Dutch side PSV has this morning called off Ricardo Pepi's move to Fulham as they could not find a replacement on transfer deadline day, Softfootball reports.
Interestingly, Fulham agreed 37m package deal with PSV just at the weekend but felt the deal would affect them for the reminder of the season if they cannot find a player that could be as important to the team as the United States international.
