Psl Boss Ace Ncobo Face Fraud And Money Laundering Charges

The General Manager of the Premier Soccer League PSL, Andile Ace Ncobo, along with his wife Salomie, has been arrested and is now facing serious charges of fraud and money laundering, Cape town Etc reports.
The couple appeared before the Bellville Magistrates Court in Cape Town today, where they were met with allegations that have sent ripples through the sporting community.
The charges stem from claims that the Ncabos, aged 57 and 47 respectively, engaged in a scheme to unlawfully acquire funds from Petroleum Oil and Gas Corporation of South Africa SOC Limited PetroSA.
According to state prosecutors, the couple allegedly used forged trust deeds and donor letters to mislead PetroSA into transferring R13 million to a bank account tied to Gangatha Projects, an entity purportedly controlled by Ncobo that remains unregistered.
As a former referee celebrated multiple times as PSL Referee of the Season, Ncobo's reputation is now in jeopardy. After their court appearance, the Ncabos were granted bail of R50,000 and R30,000 respectively, as investigations into their alleged activities continue.
