SATSA has invited tourism businesses that have engaged with South Africas electronic travel authorisation ETA process to share their practical experience via a short survey. This includes businesses that have tested the system, assisted clients or processed ETA applications.
The purpose of the survey is to gather experience-based insights on how the ETA is functioning in practice including what is working well, where challenges are encountered and how the process is affecting tourism operations and bookings.
