After a rather uneventful opening day of the first test against Pakistan in Lahore, the South African mens cricket team turned the tables on the home side.

Pakistan, who won the toss, resumed their first innings on 313 for five, lost their last five wickets for the addition of just 65 runs in the first session on day two.

Left-arm spinner Senuran Muthusamy was the destroyer-in-chief.
