Prasidh Krishna has had a remarkable turnaround with his second spell in Visakhapatnam. The bowler was manhandled by Quinton de Kock in his first spell, but he came back to bowl a full-length delivery, attacking right onto the stumps, and de Kock was cleaned up in an attempt to whip it across the line.
Quinton de Kock produced a gem of an innings as he rekindled his old form against India. The South African reversed his international retirement to return to the series against Pakistan. With some sheer confidence, he showed promising form with a century and two half-centuries in Pakistan before arriving on the Indian subcontinent.
De Kock has relished batting in the subcontinent and against this opposition, India. He has a very good record here in India, and that was evident when South Africa played the 2023 World Cup in the sub-continent, and de Kock was one of their leading run-getters.
