Postbank customers who have been using a post office branch to access their accounts will now need to use new and expanded banking channels.
From this Friday, 01 May, Postbanks savings account customers will access deposit and withdrawal services through Standard Bank and retailers.
The change does not affect social grant beneficiaries.
