The City of Tshwane Emergency Services is cautioning Bronkhorstspruit residents and surrounding areas about a potential risk to the Thabos Dam wall due to instability caused by persistent heavy rainfall over the past few weeks.
Emergency teams, South African Police Service SAPS, and Disaster Risk Management officials are on site assessing the situation and taking precautionary measures.
The City says the situation is being continuously monitored, with Emergency Services, SAPS, Disaster Management, and other stakeholders working together to keep the community safe.
