The Cape Winelands District Municipalitys Fire Services in the Western Cape says they are battling several fires in the district.
Fire Services spokesperson, Jo-Anne Otto, says some of the fires are in the Stellenbosch area.
Otto says the fire on the R46 road in the Boland has been contained.
