Police say they have also confiscated all the alcohol after they arrested the owner of kwaNoxolo tavern in Bekkersdal on Gautengs West Rand for operating with a fraudulent liquor license.
This comes after the police took her license for verification, following the deadly mass shooting when a group of armed suspects stormed the tavern and shot randomly at the patrons over the weekend.
The death toll has risen to 10 with 10 others are still in critical condition in hospital.
