Gauteng based travel agent Premila Shunmugam has been granted R100 000 bail by the Pretoria Magistrates Court.
She is accused of defrauding over 50 families of more than R5 million with the promise that she would provide luxurious trips.
Magistrate Aubrey Mphahlele says Shunmugam doesnt pose as a threat because of her previous conviction in 2006.
