Patriotic Alliance PA leader Gayton McKenzie claims racism allegations against him are a political campaign by people who think Im running for president in 2029.
ActionSA recently reported some of his past posts on X, formerly Twitter, to the South African Human Rights Commission SAHRC, accusing him of racism over his use of the K-word.
The SAHRC subsequently said in a statement that his utterances were prima facie violations of the Equality Act. It sent him an allegation letter, saying it would determine the best way forward which may include instituting proceedings in the relevant Equality Court.
