The leader of the March and March movement, Jacinta Ngobese-Zuma, says at least 40 children of the 2022 flood victims are not going to school because they havent been enrolled at the nearby Addington Primary School in Durban.
She says theyve been put on a waiting list.
Ngobese-Zuma says the government placed these pupils at schools in Greyville, with parents unable to pay for transport and the school fees.
