Businessman and taxi owner Oupa Sindane says he intends pleading not guilty on all charges.
He is applying for bail in the Kwaggafontein Magistrates Court, east of Johannesburg, alongside co accused Joe Sibanyoni , Daniel Masilela and Phillimon Msiza.
The 50-year-old Sindane handed himself over to police Friday morning and faces charges of extortion and money laundering.
