Forensic private investigator Paul OSullivan says he will not testify before Parliaments Ad Hoc Committee looking into concerns around national security unless he is allowed to do so virtually.
OSullivan says he left South Africa on pre-planned business trips to Cyprus, Ireland, the United Kingdom and France, and insists that he will not be in the country until the end of February.
The deadline of the committee is February 20.
