JOHANNEBSURG - A Crime Intelligence officer who was allegedly promoted to a position she wasnt qualified for said the SA Police Service SAPS will be "prejudiced" if shes not allowed to return to work.

Dineo Mokwela appeared before the Pretoria Magistrates Court on Friday to have her bail conditions relaxed.

Mokwele, along with six other senior intelligence officers, are facing charges of fraud and corruption.

It's alleged that the six senior officers colluded to appoint Mokwele as a brigadier to a highly specialised position within the intelligence division despite her lack of experience.
