Npa To Appeal Decision To Grant Ace Ngcobo, Wife Bail In Fraud Case

The National Prosecuting Authority NPA in the Western Cape says it will appeal the courts decision to grant Premier Soccer League PSL General Manager Ace Ngcobo and his wife Salome bail.
They appeared in the Bellville Magistrates Court in Cape town yesterday when they were granted bail of R 50 000 and R 30 000 respectively.
The pair accused are facing three counts of fraud and money laundering.
The couple allegedly received about R15 million from PetroSA to build a school and to renovate a creche in the Eastern Cape.
They are also accused of falsifying documents and forging signatures.
