The Nigeria National League,NNL, Chairman, Mr George Aluo, has expressed satisfaction with the massive turnout of fans at the Lafia City Stadium for the opening match of the new season.
The 2025-26 NNL season started on Saturday with FC Basira defeating Mighty Jets 3-1.
FC Basiras midfielder maestro Abubakar Yusuf netted a brace in the 5th and 39th minutes to give the Baffa Boys a healthy lead going into the break.
