As food prices continue to squeeze South African households, a new online grocery platform is drawing attention for offering discounted pantry staples, toiletries and surplus goods at prices far below traditional retail shelves.
BusinessTech recently spotlighted the rapid rise of Still Good, a South African online marketplace focused on selling near-expiry and excess stock at reduced prices, in some cases up to 65 cheaper than standard retail costs.
The platform, which launched in May 2025, has already expanded into more than 170 stores across several provinces, partnering with major retailers and independent outlets while tapping into growing demand for affordable groceries.
