BlackBrick has extended its portfolio with the opening of BlackBrick Gardens on Cape Towns Roodehek Street on November 20.
With each apartment including two balconies, a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and lounge, the 93-apartment hotel has been tailored to a blend of short- and long-term stays.
The property features an excavated central atrium to anchor the space as well as six food and beverage concepts including two restaurants, co-working and meeting spaces, a Pilates studio, rooftop terrace and pool, Maxs Mezcal Bar, Lucys Juice Bar, a minimalist wine tasting lane and a partnership with specialty coffee roastery Rossetta Roastery.
