The Daily Aparthotels is introducing a new brand of aparthotels in Cape Town with its flagship property, The Daily APT Green Point, set to debut in the first quarter of 2027. It will be operated by Valor Hospitality Partners.
The seven-storey development has 87 keys offering studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments as well as lofts and duplexes. It is located within walking distance of the citys stadium and V A Waterfront.
The ground floors lobby space is designed to act as a social hub where guests can enjoy a coffee spot and evening lounge.
