The Mutale Magistrates Court outside Thohoyandou has postponed a case of murder and two attempted murders against a man who allegedly shot dead a complainant in a rape case.
Andani Madzhie allegedly shot and killed Ndinainwi Mabuke and injured a taxi driver and another passenger last month at Thengwe village.
Mabuke was allegedly raped by a self-proclaimed prophet, Phathutshedzo Sikhubu. Sikhubu is currently in police custody for another rape case he allegedly raped a 14-year-old girl.
