The case against Bellarmine Mugabe, the son of the late former Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe, and his co-accused, Tobias Matonhodze Mugabe, has been postponed to March 3 for a formal bail application.
The two appeared in the Alexandra Magistrates Court in Johannesburg on Monday morning.
They are facing charges of attempted murder and defeating the ends of justice.
