The Mpumalanga Tourism and Parks Agency MTPA has welcomed a donation of rhino anti-poaching equipment worth over R500 000 US30 700.
The donation will support ongoing investments by WeWild Africa in improving anti-poaching work within the Loskop Dam Nature Reserve.
The donation was funded by the seventh replenishment of the Global Environment Facility under the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment in partnership with the United Nations Environment Programme and the South African National Biodiversity Institute.
