MSC Cruises has announced that sales are open for MSC Operas new year-round cruises from La Romana, Dominican Republic, which will begin in November. This is the first time MSC has offered year-round sailing in the southern Caribbean.
Gianni Onorato , CEO of MSC Cruises, said: With year-round operations we extend the traditional season, bringing positive economic impact to the local community and bringing 120 000 additional international visitors to La Romana each year.
The ships inaugural itinerary will be a seven-day southern Caribbean voyage with the option to extend the cruise to a back-to-back 14-night butterfly cruise.
