Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi is Friday afternoon visiting Mankweng Hospital, east of Polokwane in Limpopo, after the death of one of the twins that were conjoined.
The twin died Friday morning due to infections after the successful operation to separate them.
The twins were successfully separated in mid-March.
