The City of Cape Town's Water and Sanitation Directorate has advised that various parts of the Mother City will experience water supply disruptions this week as the team conducts planned work on its water supply infrastructure, reports Cape town Etc .
The following areas will be affected:
Maintenance work: pipe and valve installations, repairs and replacements Khayelitsha high-lying areas - Kuyasa, Harare, Litha Park, Ndlovini, Nkanini and Zwelitsha- Tuesday, 26 August, from 10am to 5pm
The water supply to the high-lying areas in Khayelitsha will be shut off temporarily to enable the directorates zone management team to test the discreetness of the existing zone and to simulate the bulk reticulation line from the Baden Powell Pressure Reducing Valve PRV station to the Swartklip Spine Road PRV supply.
