Morocco and Burkina Faso both booked their spots in the FIFA U-17 World Cup quarterfinals, defeating fellow African nations Mali and Uganda in their respective round of 16 fixtures in Qatar on Tuesday.
Burkina Faso narrowly edged Uganda 5-3 on penalties following a 1-1 draw.
Arafat Nkoola put Uganda ahead in the 56th minute following a goalless first half. However, Ugandas lead did not last as Alassana Bagayogo pulled Burkina Faso level in the 77th minute.
