Mothers who attended the Mothers Day concert at the Johannesburg Zoo in Parktown, Johannesburg, say it was the best way to celebrate their role as nurturers. Moms and grandmothers were treated to an intimate session of music performances from the likes of Ami Faku and The Soil.
The event was a musical tribute in honour of all mothers across the city.
Joburg Mayor Dada Morero also applauded mothers for being nurturers. Wed like to wish all mothers a happy Mothers Day and that they must continue to do their best in nurturing our nation.
