North West businessman Brown Mogotsi says he is still a subject of police investigations.
Police raided his business premises in Seweding village near Mahikeng, in the North West, in November last year.
At the time of the raid, police indicated that it was part of its ongoing investigations following evidence before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry and Parliaments Ad Hoc Committee.
