The MK Party has laid criminal charges at the Cape Town Central police station against private investigator Paul OSullivan, accusing him of threatening and intimidating witnesses linked to Parliaments Ad Hoc committee, which is currently sitting at Kgoi Mampuru Correctional Facility in Pretoria.
The party says the intimidation includes messages allegedly sent directly to witnesses through channels associated with the committees official work.
One of those reportedly targeted is, Chief of Staff for the Police Ministry Cedrick Nkabinde who told the committee that he received a message from OSullivan while on the witness stand.
