Justice and Constitutional Development Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi has encouraged women to occupy leadership positions in professions traditionally dominated by men.
She delivered a keynote address at a Womens Month Dialogue hosted by Unisa and the South African Women in Dialogue at Unisas main campus in Pretoria.
The gathering has brought together over 200 women from civil society, faith communities, business and government.
