The South African National Parks says millions of Rands will be required to repair flood-damaged infrastructure in the Kruger National Park. Several camps, roads and bridges within the park in Mpumalanga and Limpopo have been severely affected by the recent floods.

Some parts of the park including Skukuza Camp are operating partially while officials continue to assess the flood-damaged infrastructure.

SANParks CEO Hapiloe Sello says they are overestimating over R500 million.
