Three sisters have drowned after the rubber boat that was carrying them and dozens other migrants got into difficulties in the Mediterranean .
A German rescue charity says the boat was crossing from Libya to Italy.
The charity says the bodies of the sisters, aged nine, eleven and 17, were found inside the boat, which was dangerously overcrowded.
