Family and friends are attending a joint memorial service for 27-year-old Koketso Shikwambe and 35-year-old Kenosi Mashishi at a primary school in Moretele in the North West.
They died after lightning struck them at the Dertig Sports Ground at the weekend .
Forty other people were injured and taken to local facilities following the incident, which happened during the Diturupa Festival in Mathibestad.
