KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Transport Siboniso Duma says the owners, together with both drivers of the truck and the taxi involved in a crash south of Durban, should be charged with murder.
The crash claimed the lives of 11 people, including a 13-year-old learner at Lotus Park in Isipingo Thursday morning .
The taxi driver and several other passengers sustained critical injuries.
