Police Minister Senzo Mchunu has handed over his electronic devices to authorities. Mchunu, who is on a leave of absence has been accused of corruption, having ties to criminal syndicates and meddling in police investigations.
The devices include a state-issued laptop, a personal tablet, two unused old cellphones in his possession and one active cellphone that he currently uses.
This takes place as Mchunu is embroiled in allegations of criminality, political interference and corruption in the criminal justice system.
